Close Back Pain
failed S-L5 fusion with autologous bone 2006. MISS S-L5 w/peek dynamic stabilization of L5-L4 Infuse (BMP) bone matrix by Medtroniks. Severe pain 6-8 wks. post-op. Edema at Infuse site and possible facet joint degeneration. Only partially relieved with facet blocks bilaterally S-L5-L4. Is infuse BMP causing pain via swelling or facet problem?
