Close Shingles

I have had shingles for 14 years now, since I was 12. I internalize everything, and found this to be the start of my shingles. I once had shingles/onset of shingles more than 12 times in one year after a car accident. Most doctor's think that no one at the age of 12 can get shingles let alone more than once, but it can happen and it has!

Zovirax Working / Worked

I take 4 200mg capsules 5x a day. I have a precription at the pharmacy ready for me and fill it at the first signs of shingles (flu/pain at previous spots of shingles).

L-Lysine Working / Worked

I take 2 500mg capsules (Better Health Brand - no soy!) twice a day.
