I must tell you that I also used to analyze conversations after I had them worrying what I said or didn't say and how the other person felt about me. Because of the book I no longer do that and am able to just put myself out there with self confidence. I don't worry about what others feel about me because the book showed me how to like myself. I'm sure the book helps you too. I'm rooting for you!
My husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor on Oct 28th and had had a biopsy on Nov 6th. It's benign and they will be leaving it alone, which is good news, but he's having a hard time coping with the news.
