Well, I was diagnosed with mpd in January 2009, and since the I have been researchin mpd/did like crazy. I live in a small village near Stirling with my husband. On the outside, everything about me screams "normal" but deep down, no one knows that I am only pretending I'm normal. Some people live double lives, I have seven (at the last count) seperate lives, all fighting to be noticed, and loved and apprieciated. I will add more later.

I've just been diagnosed with mpd, I am not coping, in fact, I still don't accept that I have a problem. My husband says I'm in denial. My recent research into the condition says that "host's" are not always aware of the alters. I know that something is wrong, I have every symptom described and my psychiatrist says I have multiple personality disorder, aka DID. I can't remember being any other way. I am scared stiff.
