A new week!!
It's the fifth week of bootcamp..and we started it off with a good hurtin!

Type: Be the best you can beSince Spring of 2008 I have started to exercise daily and change my eating habits. I have lost 42 pounds so far..most of it from walking and just recently joined a bootcamp at my gym, and also working out on the off days. I have more to go and would love the extra support.
Treatments
- Aerobics Working / Worked
- Love step classes!
- Dancing Working / Worked
- Dance in my house all the time.
- Hiking Working / Worked
- Walking/hiking has helped a lot.
- Personal Trainer Somewhat Helpful
- Me with one..who helped to individualize a workout plan.
- Strength Training Working / Worked
- Sure does work..doing that now in the 8 week bootcamp I'm in.
- Weight Training Working / Worked
- Doing now in Bootcamp.
Close Healthy Eating
I've been doing really well changing my eating habits in the last year..and have cut out all my triggers..except coffee..but I have gone down to reg..from DD! I also drink a lot of water...

- Love it..go to the gym 5 days a week and have just started a bootcamp as well.
