Treatments
- Lexapro Not Working
- I did not take very long. The same time I was prescribed this, I also started medication for migraines. One of the medications was making me feel very drugged. So I stopped taking them both. Not sure if it was the lexapro or not.
- Meditation Working / Worked
- Works to keep the depression away. But hard to do when in a depressive state of mind.
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- I think this is the only way to keep the depression at bay. Takes a long time to learn how to think more positively and a lot effort, but is life changing.
- Prozac Working / Worked
- Worked wonderfully. Little hart burn, but not bad.
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Some helped, some didn't. Will do it again if the need arises.
- Zoloft Working / Worked
- Worked wonderfully. I choose to take zoloft if I get back on medication. Which is likely at this point.
