Support Groups
Close Rheumatoid Arthritis
I was diagnosed with RA at the end of 2008 which was a huge shock for me because I have never had any illness all my life the most serious thing I have ever had was a cold. Plus I thought RA was something older people got. I am very new to all of this and I live in Japan (I am not Japanese) and so I can't find any English speaking support groups here. I am very much in the dark and hope that I can be part of this support group to not only help myself but perhaps help others like myself.
Treatments
- Methotrexate Too Soon to Tell
- I've only had my second dose yesterday.
- Enbrel Working / Worked
- I have just had my 4th shot and feel less pain and stiffness. It was hard to inject myself at first but am getting used to it quickly. No side effects. Fingers crossed.
