small mildstone today. Ive been stretching alot and it has made me feel much better. I always felt stiff all the time. Also wanted to get my muscles ready for working out soon. Before when I would try to touch the floor My fingers where about 6 inches off the ground. In 2 weeks of just stretching here and there I touched the floor today.YEEE HA! small thing but made me feel I acomplished something with really not alot of effort and my body feels better for it. Congratulations to Me!!!LMAO.

Stretching does feel amazing! 6 inches improovement in 2 weeks is pretty crazy! Just imagine what a couple of months could do!!! I'm impressed.

way to go! keep it up sweetie. I need to stretch too before my treadmil exercise. I use to do an hour on the treadmil everyday before this thing it me in the mouth. Now I am slowly building up and I am up to anywhere from 30-45 mins a day. I know what you mean by little accomplishments feels great. I can't even touch the ground! I have never been flexible. As a teenage I always practiced to do the splits but could never get all the way to the ground so I gave up. I couldn't even do a back bend, practiced daily when I was a teenager in gymnastics. I am very proud of you photofreek-keep going.

I had a bit of a breakthrough yesterday. Mymuscles in my jaw are so tight and it goes down into my chin and bottom lip. This makes it very limited and feels as if mobility isnt there alot in the left side. When I talk it feels as though I am close mouth talking??? I am always trying different things to see what works. I thought i have been favouring this and it just seems to get tighter feeling. I started to open my moutyh really wide or as wide as I can open ( which isnt very much ) and tried to streatch the back jaw muscle. Then I started to move my face muscles aroud. Wow this really helped with the mobility and the feeling in my jaw and chin. Ive been doing this a couple times of day and it seems to help. I guess if you dont use your muscles properly they want to stop working. Ill keep it up and well see....but for know it feels better
