Hi Ski, I wanted to stop in and let you know you were in my thoughts today.
Just read your profile. I can tell you from experience that it will get better soon! I was back to my sports (though at a decreased intensity) within the first year, and now I'm almost 100%. Keep up the good work, and I'd be happy to share any experiences/insights if you need them! take care :)

Hey.... hang in there and I'm glad that you realize that you have a new "normal"..... going out for pizza is tough and if you love sushi like ME....it's even worse because of the seaweed and edamame. I wish I were brave enough to wear some sort of shirt with a sign saying..... I may look ok, but feel like ____ on my insides! You can fill in the blanks! :) You will find that this entire journey helps us become more sympathetic to the "silent diseases and conditions" in the world. Having a PE sucks, but we are alive!
