Hi, I seem to have lost willpower and self esteem. I have not been this size since before my son was born and it appears that the more miserable I become, the more Im comfort eating - junk, chocolate, biscuits, cake, not fruit and veg because that isnt what I crave. I need to get out of this cycle because the bigger Im getting, the more miserable Im becoming. Please help.
