I hope your day is better...here is a HUG to get you through your day!!! Try to rest and treat yourself to some time by yourself....ask your Hubby to watch the kids for a few. Take a DEEP Breath, think of three things you are grateful for and then just relax.

    • Close Addison's Disease

I have had some cortisol testing done in our family and am looking into getting an ATCH test done due to a 3.2 AM baseline cortisol level on one of the children. I am not sure where to turn as I am dealing with another child with insomnia and another child with central sleep apnea who is on an adrenal supplement due to a low cortisol test over a year ago. I really do not want to subject the children to an ATCH test if it is not necessary but feel that I need answers.

    • Close Sleep Apnea

Mother of a central sleep apnea child. I have been dealing with central sleep apnea with my youngest since birth. He has been on and off an apnea monitor and is currently using an oximeter. It is helping to alert us to his apnea episodes but we still have our concerns. Since I get up with him when he alarms I am also sleep deprived!
