ya i'll just try to get better. today has been fairly good.

it's just too hard i just don't know if i can take it anymore. i am having flashbacks and everything to all that happened on monday night all the time. i just wish they would stop!!!! nothing seems to help so i just give my body it's wishes. and i hate doing that but it's all i can do right now.

Close Self-Injury
I've been cutting for about a year. I started last spring, I was extremely depressed, extremely close to suicide at times. I managed to finally start feeling better last fall, but depressions been coming back and I've been wanting to cut more. I've really needed a place to vent, or just talk. It's tough cause I've never told anyone before but being on here just lurking as helped alot already.
Treatments
- Physical Exercise Somewhat Helpful
- sometimes, it varies but at the right time is reallly good.
- Red Marker Working / Worked
- Sometimes, i generally use purple or black though. Sometimes pen as well. Problem is I can get addicted to it too. so I don't do it alot.
- Talking Working / Worked
- I've beeing doing more of it and it helps alot even though it's just talking to people on here. not in real life yet. It's been helpful in some many ways that I never expected.
- Writing Working / Worked
- extremely helpful. Typing makes my hands do something and that helps so much
Close Anxiety
Treatments
- Breathing Exercises Working / Worked
- usually very helpful. I've been doing them for awhile and I know find they are a sub conscious habit that kicks in during a panic attakc.
- Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
- depends on how I'm feeling. I have to remind myself that beating myself up doesn't solve anything.
