Close Teen Anxiety
I've been suffering from Social Anxiety Disorder since the seventh grade. It's been so hard for me to keep a positive outlook on life when i'm faced with really bad anxiety problems everyday. The best is yet to come and what doesn't kill you makes you stronger i guess. Hoping to get rid of my SAD asap. I feel like it's taken over my live completely.
Close Depression - Teen
I was diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder when I was in seventh grade. I've been so depressed because of this phobia I have. Sometimes I feel numb and out-of-body experience. Hoping I can get better.
Treatments
- Paxil Somewhat Helpful
- side effect is that I don't get sleepy when I drink it at night. It calms my heart rate somewhat.
- Positive Thinking Too Soon to Tell
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
