Close Back Pain
I get back pain at night! It keeps me awake. I've changed my mattress and that has helped though.
Treatments
- Stretching Somewhat Helpful
- I get back pain in my upper back, it seems to be between my ribs, under my shoulder blades and between the joints that connect my ribs to my spine. Stretching seems to work. It clears up slowly during the day, but in the mornings I wake up stiff as a board, often I wake early because of the pain and am unable to sleep despite being dog tired.
Close Food Addiction
I am a compulsive overeater. I want to eat normally. I am at my wit's end and I have exhausted all the "excuses" long ago. I want to stop so badly.
Treatments
- Overeaters Anonymous (OA) Working / Worked
- OA is helping me to realise that all of my reasons for acting out in my addiction are illusions - they are not real, they are defence mechanisms. This knowledge is making it increasingly difficult for me to go on eating compulsively - but I am still doing it :o(
Open Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety

I have not had a cigarette for 7 and a half years, never looked back ... I hope I can pass my experience on to others trying to stop.
