Absolutely I'd be glad to help support you through your weight loss. I'd never been thin so I always thought I'd be happy at around 200, but I have 20 lbs to go and my personal trainer says 170 is more like it and now that I'm getting closer I think he's right. Good luck to you and congrats on your loss so far!!
