Close Smoking Addiction & Recovery
I quit on 12/02/08 been doing very well on Commit lozenge too, Do want to continue to nicotine free as well, and am tryin to make plans for that, would appriciate any ideas on that, as well as avoiding smoking as a crutch
Treatments
- Commit Lozenge Working / Worked
- easy to use to stop smoking. Somwhat difficult to get off the med in the time alotted
- Nicotine Patch Not Working
- got very Ill after use
