Hello, I am a California native with a wonderfull family and husband of 33 years . We have two married sons and 5 grand babies , 3 girls and 2 boys . I am a certified childbirth doula and childbirth educator . My husband and I also own a Marine Repair service .We have been in buisness for 28 years !Where did the time go ? I had a total knee replacement November 11 2008 and suffered PEs in my right lung 5 days later . I come to this site to read and gather strength and courage .I hope that I can return the support and blessings that being a part of this group gives me . Last but not least I am a born again Christian and attend a non demoninational Baptist Church .

Hello, I was just scanning DS looking to see what I could find of interest(my grandson says I am what is called in internet terms a snoop) :). I noticed the picture of your beautiful basset hound and it reminded me so much of Sadie the one we had about 10 yrs. ago.
the same lovely color. We also had Wimpy a black and white one who wasn't as pretty but was the most loving pet I ever had. Thanks for posting the photo.

Hey girl!!! We are just going with the flow. Hanging in there with a little help from the duct tape and bailing wire holding what is left together. I guess it is heading up to something like 104 this weekend. The guy on the radio was talking about the fair going on and how hot it is suppose to be. I got the watering done about 5:30 am this morning and then did a small amount of pruning that was it for the day. I came in and had to go lay down. (((hugs))) and good thoughts to you. Patricia
