I am soooo sorry to hear that your relapsed. You are in my prayers girl.... I have faith that you will make it back to being an ex smoker. took me a few tries... i am not doing so well as far as my mental illness and not working. i am so depressed i am crying all the time.... i have lost faith in myself and the fact that i am worthy of even ahving a job. i know this too shall pass. lol. other than that just celebrate 11 months smoke free.....talk to you soon. please keep in touch. i love hearing from you. it helps me to feel like i am talking to my own daughter may she rest in peace....

hey there buddy. how are you enjoying this weekend with this unuusally warm weather. i am enjoying it somewhat. i am so glad that i am smoke free though. i can smell the flowers and trees actually blooming this year. i was still smoking last year at this time. have a great weekend....
