We went in for ultrasound and cervical check today. Unfortunately, I am at a higher risk for incompetent cervix due to a LEAP procedure a few years back. The good news is that cervix is looking good so far. The baby is looking great. He is healthy and no doubt he is a boy. He had no problem showing off his penis to us. He was sucking, a waving and he is already 8 inches long. He has these skinny legs and big belly. I am so in love with this little guy already. I feel like our bond is even stronger knowing he is a boy. So far, all his organs look good and hb perfect. I have to go back in 3 weeks for another ultrasound because it was still kind of early to see all his organs. They usually do the ultrasound at 19 weeks. Another day to see my son is certainly fine by me.
Thank you ladies for all your support and prayers throughout this pregnancy. I am so lucky to have each and every one of you in my life, even if it my virtual life. I pray each and every day for all of you to be able to experience the happiness, I have finally been blessed with.
