About Me
I have been diagnosed for one year. It started suddenly, in my knees and has since progressed to my hands, fingers, wrists, and ankles. Some days are better than others. I take 7 medications and two vitamins every day. I don't hurt like I did when I first got sick, but the disease is still active and progressing. I feel like this awful disease has brought me closer to God and I am grateful for the help He gives me in coping with it.

Good Luck
Good luck with the Humira. I've been using the pens since April 2008. I posted some info under your discussion topic, but if you have any questions or concerns later, feel free to drop me a line. I'd be happy to help if I can.
Hug
Hi just noticed you are closer in age to me (61) than some on here - I feel so sorry for these lovely people who so young - some in 20s. I am glad you have felt blessed in the course of the illness. I am into my third year of this disease. Was on most of your meds til had liver enzyme problems but met someone who had been on regime 20 yrs with no ill effects. Agree disease still progresses but with much less pain.
