I can fit into one pair of my old skinny jeans (size 10) yea! The only problem is that I didn't know the button for fasning it broke, so I need to do a little repair work before parading about in them proudly.
Have no idea what I weigh currently, but am due for another post partum doctor's appointment tommorrow and a weigh in with the nurses is part of that. Should know shortly. Hoping it is a significant loss. Also want to talk to the doc about getting back on to some sort of depression medication after weaning my new son. See what his recomendations are or if he can refer me to somebody.
But anywho, I have been working hard to change some bad habits and self-motivate my goal of 120lbs. Put pictures of swimsuit models on the fridge and cupboards. Re-filling water bottles and trying to increase daily H2O intake. Asked my husband not bring home a barrage of high calorie drinks for me anymore. He used to treat me in the past while pregnant. A treat once in a great while is fine but the expecting a treat daily is counter productive to losing weight.
Also want to start taking a daily walk or at least a few days a week to start. We have a tandem stroller, why not use it? A walk would easily kill those extra calories. Been trying to bump up my chores as well, but chasing a toddler and caring for a newborn is hard enough most days.Would like to join a gym or obtain exercise equipment, waiting for my husband to express some interest in the matter. Don't want to bruise his ego and have him think that I'm dogging him about working out cause I think he's fat or something. That's not the case at all. It's more for me and my personal desire for fitness, and it would be easier to workout with a partner. Why not workout together?
Well, anyway...Getting there. One step at a time.
