Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
After loosing my job, dropping out of college, and moving back home I found I weighed 230 pounds. After breaing up with my boyfriend I felt inspired to get my life back. I went back to school and lost 20 pounds in the last 6 months. I am in my early 20s and feel I am missing out on some important experiances because of my weight. My goal is to get healthy, strong, and weigh 150. I am glad I found this community and look forward to sharing support with all of you.
Treatments
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- This works on and off for me. I will eat very healthy for almost a month then start to eat junk because it is quick, easy, and comforting.
- Eat Less Working / Worked
- For me it works wonderfully as long as I keep to it. Late night snacking is a problem.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- I have been taking walks and exploring the forset near my house. I have also been lifting light weights. I feel so much stronger and have more energy. The problem is finding the time.
