Hi, I'm Anna. I've had Tinnitus for a year after suffering a head injury, and I am quite tired of it. My doctor told me it was chronic, so I am struggling with the idea that i'll have this the rest of my life. I miss silence. I hope to find new ways to cope with my frustration and fear through Daily Strength, and I truly appreciate how welcoming everyone is. Thanks!

Hi there. I read your profile, and wanted to comment that yes, one day you will not hear it anymore. I know it's hard to believe that now, but almost two years later for me and I find it so. You have to want it though. You have to believe that life will go on and all will be well. And in the meantime, we're here for you.

I'm Anna. 16 years old. I suffered a head trauma about 1 year ago, and my ears have been ringing ever since. I have seen a physical and cognitive therapist for a few months, but no treatments have given me relief. It's scary to think that I will have to live with this for the rest of my life. I miss silence.
