A friend of mine sent this to me and I feel the need to try and be thankful now and tomorrow....one day at a time.
I am struggling right now. In a deep bipolar depression triggered by relationship problems....break ups and emotions. The roller coaster ride began about a month ago....can't shake it.
Went to the pdoc today and after 6 years I am being taken off Trileptal and put on Lithium...something they tried in the very begining. Oh God I pray this works!
