      I am in a long term relationship with my fiancee, we normally do really well together, lately we've been having some problems been together over a year

      It's somewhat working, when I am able to use it, I need more of it, the problem is I am not normally a patient person.
      Talking Somewhat Helpful
      It's better for me to talk about my feelings and just get it out instead of letting it simmer and than blow up later and end up alienating people.
