Moment of Peace
hmmmm I know that feeling....I get SO very frustrated...not at people but at life *shrugs* well we can shake our fists at life all we want to but it just seems to laugh when we do...ignoring life and taking care of ourselves seems to tick it off LOL...I find it helps me to know when my "anger" is going to strike, mainly does about the middle of the month...then I can plan for it...sounds silly but it has been working.....my family knows and is very good to me as long as I warn them LOL hope this helps!!
