Good Morning! Emily here... in short, I have realized that I have very poor will power flying solo in this weight loss journey- and struggling with compulsive overeating just seems to make this all the more challenging! And so, I am seeking a true buddy and a supportive friend with whom I can write, text, etc in becoming the woman that I know that I can be. Hi hon, are you truely overweight? I am sorry to ask but it's important, and I would like to follow a good diet as well but if you aren't overweight it may be the wrong thing to do u know.
