How does my luck change so quickly. Things seem to be turning around,I have a date on Friday with a guy my sister hooked me up with.I talked to him for hours tonight. He seems so intelligent.I am just wondering if he is going to have a problem with my illness.He asked why i didn't drive and I was honest and explained about Spina Bifida.I don't think it was necessary to get into the mental health stuff so soon. We talked about philosophy and sociology.We are going to see a movie on Friday and have Dinner.I am excited but nervous. He kept asking my sister when I'm going to want to go out with him so I finally got the courage to talk to him on Facebook.I am really scared any first date tips.i hope my incontinence is not an issue on Friday,I am really nervous!!

Just be yourself, honey. Relax, take some deep breaths, and don't worry about all of the "issues" that we tend to have. Either people like you and accept you or they don't. If they don't, you don't want them anyway. Even if they do, you may not want them! Just be your sweet self! Hugs.
