hey theresa- i'm 23 and was diagnosed about a year and a half ago too! i've had weight gain issues and just now have a started to work on diet stuff (eating less and exercising) its hard tho. i dont sweets anymore- which i love but weight loss is more important to me now. do u have a pump or do u still do injections yourself? hope all is well! claire

I'm 29 years old, married and a mother of 3 boys! I was hit with T1 June of 2007! I'm still having a hard time with life, and diabetes! I'm now thinking of getting a pump and I hope it will make life a little easier! I'm glad I came across this support group and I can't wait to meet more people with diabetes.
