Hi unicorn! Welcome to DS. My husband has BP II and was diagnosed in the fall of 2008. I also have clinical depression but have been very well controlled for awhile now. I saw that you aren't on any mood stabilizers such as lithium or lamictal. My husband is on both. How is that working for you? Hope you are having a good day!

Close Bipolar Disorder
I was diagnoised with Bipolor II five years ago. Depression seems to be the worse part Bipolar II. I have a younger brother with bipolar I. I am doing ok at the time.
