I am a Certified Wilderness Search and rescue dog handler, first responder and wildland firefighter. I am also a wife, mother of 2 and grandmother of 2. Hunting, Fishing, anything in the out of doors including horseback riding, riding ATV's and snowmobiling. My greatest interest is training my amazing dog Maks, and teaching my grandsons everything I can while I still can.

Gosh Joyce! Hope you are feeling better soon. These Dr.s need their heads examined don't they? Careful of choking when using the lidocane. My dads Dr. told him not to eat for at least an hour after taking it because it numbs the throat and you can easily inhale your food because your body doesn't know. Hang in there and hope your INR goes back up sooner rather than later. Take care and I wish for better days ahead for you.

Thank you. I had a urine test culture come back showing some rare blood cell clusters (Urothelial cells). Test was negative for high grade cancer but because of these cell clusters, my doctor is referring me to a Urologist and has ordered for me to have a CT done. I'm trying to stay positive but it's hard.

Close Pulmonary Embolism
Confirmed PE's in my lungs in both 2005 and 2008, I am now on Coumadin for the rest of my life.
Treatments
- Lovenox Working / Worked
- The Lovenox was used until my INR levels were in therapeutic range. I hated having to have the shots in my tummy twice a day and after a week I was one giant bruise.
Close Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
I have no clue where my PE's came from, I guess they just mysteriously materialize like something out of Star Trek
Treatments
- Coumadin Working / Worked
- Coumadin is ok and seems to be working and Im not to addle brained from it, however I constantly feel like I have the flu if that makes any sense.
- Lovenox Working / Worked
- Had to be on 120 mg of lovenox BID until my reached a therapeutic INR level
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- Lots of exercise as tolerated when ever I get the chance.
Open Endometriosis
My Daughter has Endometriosis and I'm here to understand what it is and what she is going through.
