Found this wonderful website today and decided to start sharing info online w/ others for the 1st time. Have never done chats or blogs before, due poss convidence and focus?? I do alot of research online because I feel good when I find answers to my questions or problems. Then realize others have similar conditions and I can share what I've learned.
I have had anxiety (GAD) my entire life and migraines. The GAD only shows up at job interviews, jobs, social events. Only, huh. After trying many natural and perscription meds I finally found what works for me. Generic Klonopin for anxiety when needed with little side affects and Relpax for migraines, which seem to only show up around cycle. Have recently found out I have mod ADHD, no wonder I had to try so hard in school or when I went to college, did not finish due to focus and motivation. Also have issues with staying with jobs, not that I get fired, but I loose interest and energy or just get so stressed out. Recently read people with adhd think out of the box and are very creative and can hyper focus when it's something they are very interested in. These people are also very smart, just not in the usual way. So today is a good day lets see what tomorrow brings, usually I do stay positive. I love to help others and enjoy gaining new knowledge.
My hope is to stay off of as little rx as possible but know when it's time to take care of myself it's time to research. Sam-e worked for me for awhile for mood but noticed anxiety and irritable. Also felt fuzzy and sometimes would bring on migraines.
Taking a good multivitamin and minerals really helps too! B's, Ester C, Flaxseed oil, E, Magnesium. Lets not forget the workout...exercise. Wish me luck!
