I can't help it! I love snow and Christmas! We have had our tree up since November 1st! DH is doing well and the new job is great! We got some good news today! Our foster/respite baby is back with his full time foster mother and is supposed to go back with his birthmom for a trial placement Dec 10th. If that doesn't work out we get first dibs on him! How are you and your DH doing? Hope all is well!

thanks hun! they are giving me TONS of support! I talk to Nancy every night and throughout the day. I did the taping in NYC which was amazing!! :) It's been hard, but so wonderful! I'm doing it! :)

Close Miscarriage
Finally first time pregnant at 38 on second round of IUI. Started spotting at week 7. Doctors appointment on Monday 12/8 and heartbeat was 175. Went to doctor on Friday 12/12 for spotting again and there was no heart beat. I miscarried at 10 weeks. D&C on December 19th. Spotted a week and half and got AF at 5 1/2 weeks.
Treatments
- D&C Working / Worked
- D&C week after finding no heart beat at 10 weeks. Longest week of my life waiting to have D&C done. No real side effects. Cramping and bleeding for about a week and half.
- HSG (Hysterosalpingography) Working / Worked
- I had this done prior to getting pregnant as one of the test to figure out why we were having trouble getting pregnant. Don't believe what they say about this being like mild period cramps. I almost jumped off the table when the balloon was inflated. Pain during procedure but went away as soon as balloon was deflated.
Close Pregnancy After Loss/Infertility
Finally got pregnant at 38 after two attempts with IUI. We miscarried at 10 weeks. We are actively trying again. Our first attempt in February 2009.
Open Infertility
Type: Vaginal IssuesMy DH and I have been TTC for over 3 years. We have had all the testing done and are using IUI in order to try and become parents. We have a cervical mucous issue and using IUI bypasses this and we seem to be able to get pregnant. Now we just need to carry to term.
Treatments
- Artificial Insemination Working / Worked
- Worked on try 2. Unfortunately MC baby at 10 weeks.
- Clomid Too Soon to Tell
- 50MG this month. Will know if working in 2 weeks.
- HSG (Hysterosalpingography) Working / Worked
- Test was clear. No problems. This one hurts during the test. I read before it mild cramping. If that was mild I'm the Queen of England.
- Hysteroscopy Working / Worked
- Worked. This test came back normal. There were no problems in this area. This test didn't hurt during the test but I had some cramping after it.
- Ovulation Predictor Kit Working / Worked
- I love my Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor. It is the easiest and most reliable thing I have ever used.

I danced when I was young and was always made to feel overweight. Now as an adult I am now overweight and have tried numerous diets some work some don't but the end result is I end up gaining whatever I lose back. I am an emotional eater.

- jazzercise - get exercise but I only lost like 4 lbs. Joined Planet Fitness but then got hurt so haven't started it yet.
- Slim-Fast Not Working
- Too little food ended up cheating
- South Beach Diet Working / Worked
- It worked until we started eating carbs again.
