  Hi, I am just going round this group, hugging people who've posted about struggling with food - I am right in it right now, I binged last night, and right now I feel like I'm right at my wit's end. I just can't stop. I hope that something changes for me, because I'm being honest. I want this to work and I hope it works for you too :o)
