In life theres good and bad, pain and laughter tears and joy. hold on to the good , let go of the bad. believe in your self. as others believe in you :) .you can be who you want to be! let go, get stronger , not weaker love more and hate less! let go of the guilt and forgive .dont let the demons beat you, stand up and be counted! laugh more and cry less... take every day as it comes. do something that makes you happy. find one good thing about being alive, hold onto that when your dead your dead.. and its all to late ... fallen but not beaten x
