Well I had cervical E injection done and it lasted only 5 days ...so I am not sure if that avenue is an option.  I see my neuro surgeon tis week to discuss possible more surgerys.  However where all but 3 of my discs are involved...ow to choooese?  Or where the first one failed...should that be a choice for me?  Alot to think about.

Yesterday I went to Walmart...to shop..for about an hour.  I am in so much pain today because of it.  Oh for the days when I could dance for hours at Polyesters or spin around under the stars in my yard.  I will be 60 next month and sometimes feel very selfish but for one day....
