Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI'm 38 and have come to realize in the past 3-4 months that I need to get myself out of the funk that I'm in. I've checked out some books from the library on bettering myself and hope that this website will also help me.
Treatments
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- I took wellbutrin for 6 months after my younger sister died of cancer. No major side effects.
- Writing Too Soon to Tell
- I'm new to journaling and have a blog about my family life that I'm planning on updating more often.
- Self-help Too Soon to Tell
- Ive checked out some books from the libary on bettering myself for me and my kids.
- Reading Working / Worked
- I'm begining to see things in a different light and I'm hopefull that I'll learn some tools to help me cope with my depression.
Close Stress Management
SAHM to two toddlers or 3 years now and I need to find a way to keep my stress/anger in check.

Open Parenting Preschoolers (3-5)
SAHM to almost 3 & 4 year olds.
Treatments
- 1-2-3 Magic Working / Worked
- They'll normally listen and other times they'll finish counting.
- Child Time-out Working / Worked
- Works pretty good.
- Patience Not Working
- They have no clue what it is to be patient.
- Positive Reinforcement Somewhat Helpful
- I can see my kids faces light up when I praise them and try to do it as oten as possible.
Open Career Changes
I have been a SAHM now or almost 3 years and I'm looking at going back into the workorce.
