I have had RA for more than 30 years. I was full-time at-home mother to three children, volunteered (PTA, LLL), homebirthed, returned to college, wrote two books, and worked full time at Rutgers University long enough to retire on disability. I am divorced and my children are grown. I have one grandchild. I searched and found my eldest daughter who was placed for adoption. Her life tragically ended when she was just 27. My RA "journey" is detailed at: the website below:

I was going to send you a "sorry" for how your husband was so insensitive to your RA. I decided instead to send you a rainbow of hope and promise for good days ahead.
Hey sorry didnt realise about your meds. Infusion style would make it pretty impossible to do flights. Our meds are a bit limited in NZ as state care and we have to manage so for most of us its tablets of one kinds or another. One of reasons for my long trip to UK this time is to suss out better stuff here but find the very best treatments only available for the young and/or newly diagnosed. Sure you get the most advanced treatmens US side because of style of your health care. So hope your NZ connection make it to you sometime.
Hey there! Don't be upset, there are many of us who are aging alone. Some better than others, but we are all doing our best. I am healthy, although temporarily I had diabetes type II.
If you would like to have a penpal I'd love to be there for you.
Wish you have a better day.
Hey there. I hope you can get some rest today.
I saw what you wrote on disscussion, I stop by to say hello and hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow.
