I'm a 26 years old psychotherapist (ironic, huh?) I teach fitness classes and have lived in Boston all of my life. I had a recent bad break-up that has made me go back to some old behaviors, and I need as much support as I can get right now :)

Thanks! I am doing OK. I am home, but right now I am feeling a lot of different emotions. Sad because contrary to their beliefs, I do love them all so much. Stressed, because I have a lot of things to do now that I am home, and..I dunno, happy to be back. How are you doing? Let me know if you need anything!!! =)

Close Eating Disorders
Type: AnorexiaHistory of anorexia and bulimia (12 years) in therapy for 12 years. Diagnosed Obsessive compulsive personality disorder and Bipolar 2. Dx of osteoporosis, amenoreah, though at a stable weight for 4 years, consider myself to be a food addict and an exercise addict.

- Celexa Not Working
- manic reaction
- Dietitian Consult Somewhat Helpful
- helped, but felt like I was either good or bad
- Group Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- in college, often triggered by others
- Lexapro Not Working
- manic reaction
- Overeaters Anonymous (OA) Working / Worked
- too many restriction rules worked against my recovery
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- 12 years same therapist, psychodynamic therapy. CBT did not help at all, and made things worse.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- conflictual relationships, boundaries issues, parents with eating disorders
- Zoloft Not Working
- manic reaction
