I have really been having trouble swallowing solids lately.  Actually, it was last April that I first mentioned this to my Doctor.    Even pills are now getting stuck in my throat.  It is weird.  I have no appetite and don't get a headache from not eating.  My hair is falling out and I am sure that this is related to my poor nutrition.  Of course I am taking mega vitamins but I doubt they are helping.  I remember taking a Nutrition course and learning that you must get the vitamins from the food, not from pills.  I have Megace and Marinol and even with those appetite stimulants, I don't get hungry.  

I really don't want any tests because I figure there is nothing they can do with the results.  I am too skinny to have surgery.
