    • Being "Healthy" at University...

      Mood October 22, 2009 11:14am

I have surprisingly lost 4lbs after a month at university. In the first week I gained 2lbs (discovered during the medical), so I guess after that I …

      From Oaktree123 September 6

It is always good to use moderation. I find if I eat too less a few days in a row, my appetite takes revenge for the next week! It is a vicious tyrannt :-).

Thanks and way to go on your goal too! :) I think you should try it, even if not in exactly the same way as i do -- but whatever you are comfortable with to get a regular and coinsistent routine going. Consistency is key! (Speaking of consistency also, how have your nights been going?)

    • Close Bedwetting

I've always wet the bed frequently. I do have some dry nights though.

      Treatments

      Diapers Working / Worked
Well, they stop my bed from getting wet but they don't stop the fact that I urinate at night. I find that when I use the nappies, I'm FAR more likely to be wet.
    • Close Diets & Weight Maintenance

I have been unhappy with my weight for 5 years, and I want to tackle it before it becomes a health issue.

      Treatments

      Counting Calories Working / Worked
Helps you feel in control, and like you're achieving something.
Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
It's easier and more interesting than I would have expected.
      Eat Less Working / Worked
I used to get stomach aches a lot, now I hardly do. I feel lighter.
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
A necessity with no side effects, except feeling proud. Use treadmill at home.
