It is always good to use moderation. I find if I eat too less a few days in a row, my appetite takes revenge for the next week! It is a vicious tyrannt :-).
Thanks and way to go on your goal too! :) I think you should try it, even if not in exactly the same way as i do -- but whatever you are comfortable with to get a regular and coinsistent routine going. Consistency is key! (Speaking of consistency also, how have your nights been going?)
