i woke up 2day rele sick and not feeling good at all and to top it off w major urges. I mean these r worse then ever b4 to the point where even tho i sent all my tools away I had to find something 2 use.

I hate this , i wana stop i rele do but its so hard.... Ive needed a hug froma close friend this past wk and cant because she killed herself and i miss her so bad.

I jus wana cry an scream an then take it out on myself 4 not stoping her!
