Winds of Change

I'm feeling so much better, sunshine brings out the love in my heart the passions in my soul. With sunshine I'm never alone. Even with the winds of fall, seeing the leaves disappear and whirl around my feet, spent and tired from the heat of the summer, makes me melancholy.
The vivid colors of the flowers blooming, the green leaves, the sound of children squealing in the far off distance at the park down the street, the butterflies, the sight of the first robin and of course the warm breezes against the back of my neck were my friends, they excited me, ignited me, refreshed me. True friends indeed. Friends that always come back, never to betray me. I can always depend on those friends. I can't wait until spring, I miss my friends...
