I'm just catching up . . . the last few months have been trying and it was just too hard for me to be here (on DS) . . . but I've been hanging in there - and we have a new plan - which always renews my hope. I am so glad to hear your wonderful news!! And twins!! You got the 2 for 1 special . . . that's so awesome!! I hope everything is continuing to go wonderfully . . . what an exciting time for you both!!

Thank you. I had some cramping yesterday and even less today but it's making me a little nervous that AF is on her way. I am trying to stay hopeful that I get my BFP next week.

Close Infertility
Type: Ovarian IssuesMarried for 9 years never been pregnant! Have done a total of 4 IUI's with no success. Diagnosed with PCOS and insulin resistance, I suppose that they are similar.
Treatments
- Artificial Insemination Not Working
- Had a total of 4 IUI's in the past, all unsuccessful.
- Clomid Not Working
- Took a couple of times.
- Femara Not Working
- Took this once did nothing to my ovaries.
- Folic Acid Working / Worked
- Now taking Folgaurd, guess I should have been on this. No side effects as far as I can tell.
- Follistim Working / Worked
- The injectables all did what they were supposed to do but we don't make it past that point. Eggs grew wonderfully, no major side effects for me.
- hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) Working / Worked
- Have used in the past and will use this cycle.
- HSG (Hysterosalpingography) Working / Worked
- To test the fallopian tubes. Mine were open and fine.
- Hysteroscopy Working / Worked
- Had this on 3/10/09. Guess it worked.
- In Vitro Fertilization Working / Worked
- BFP 4/21!!!
- Lupron Working / Worked
- Took lupron depot on 3/10/2009, I hope that it will work.
- Metformin Working / Worked
- On it, 2000mg once daily, makes my stomach hurt sometimes, suppose to regulate my periods, doesn't work all the time!
- Ovulation Predictor Kit Not Working
- I have never had a positive.
- Progesterone Working / Worked
- Had to take to stop very heavy periods in the past. Taking it now to maintain pregnancy.
- Repronex Working / Worked
- Same as other injectables, injection site irritation.
