Everyone, I have even more bad news [i think i am a bad stuff magnet] my boyfriend just told me today that he found out that his dad had pancreatic cancer. his dad has had it for about 5 years and is still hanging on, but he is starting to decline. my boyfriend is scared and he doesn't think his dad will even live long enough to see him graduate high school. i don't know what to say to him or how to help him. i am not sure what to do and i don't exactly have anyone who knows what to do. if anyone here can help me please don't hestitate to comment or message. love to everyone here,
Alex.

the only thing you can really do for him is simply be there for him. He is going through a lot right now. You should know him well enough to know when he needs a shoulder to cry on and when he needs you to back off.... Noting the fact that he might say things that tell a person back off but in reality its the opposite. By simply letting him know that you are available to talk if he needs thats showing a lot. Having that friend in his girlfriend will help also.... Everyone has their own ways of getting through stuff... I never said it would be easy, but simply doing the little things to show you care can go a long way...
Take care of yourself!!!
