Hey everyone. I have some stuff going on in my life right now that I totally need advice about. So there is this guy....lol, bet ur all rolling ur eyes now. but anyway, he is so amazing. We have been friends for a while and he is such a great guy. he always listens to me no matter what i need to talk about, he is so sweet, he has been accepted to 2 different ivy league schools for pre-med, and he is just totally awesome. his name is Gabriel but we all just call him Gabe. he is such a good listener. he know about my problems with my parents and about my issues with self-harm and he neer judges me about any of it. he has been giving me advice about the self-harm stuff, and with his help i have been cut free for about a week and a half now. [its sad that its such a big thing for me, i was cutting everyday for a while] when i mess up and start cutting again, he is always there for me. the last time i cut, he is the one who found me and bandaged me up. Gabe is the sweetest guy i have ever met, im crazy about him and he has told me that he like likes me. lol. he has told me that i am pretty and that i'm sweet and that i'm smart. [when guys spend most of their time putting u down stuff like that means alot] but there are 2 problems. one, he has a girfriend and he told me straight out that he would never do anything to hurt her and i respect him for that. problem 2, he is 17, im 14. that isnt a big age diff, but when he is 18, i will still be only 15 and that's a little weird. i care so much about him, but i know my dad would freak out over that age diff, and i think its a little odd too. i have no clue what i'm gonna do, he is so important to me. i've never met a guy like him before....... i don't see a way out of this. if anyone can help please talk to me becuz any advice at all would be appreciated.

omg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am so proud of myself! today i was having a really bad day at school, a bunch of people were messing with me. i managed to stand up for myself not once, but TWICE! when a girl on the bus started punching me, i went to the assistant principal and told, she is now in sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much trouble. and then my group in history class made me do all the work so i went to the teacher and asked for a new group, she asked why and i told her so she is making them help me with my project and making them each do a project of their own. I STOOD UP FOR MYSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am proud of em and i hope u r 2. i love you all!

i dont really know, i would just stay really close friends to him though, he seems like a good guy, age doesnt mean a thing in love, its maturity that does, im 18 and ive dated 14 year olds, but msot of the time they wound up breaking my heart, not the other way around, but yeah im dating a 20 year old, going on 21 year old girl right now at 18. i mean age really isnt the thing that matters, its just a number if you love someone, you can ask me more about what to do if you want :) ill try to help, just send me a hug or a message
