Better My Sleep Schedule
To Complete by: 8/15/09 - 100 days ago.
I plan to achieve this by: (aiming for 11pm to 8am, no later than midnight) doing relaxing things before I go to bed, going to be 30 minutes earlier every week, getting up at a regular time, and all in time for fall semester.
