Tried to stay busy.. washed the cars.. dug out an overgrown bush. .. my back is now killing me. The very good news is the anxiety was in check. That is very good....

Sending you a private message. But wanted to express my sympathy here for your loss. Losing employment is a huge stressor. Been there. It isn't the end of the world, but it sure can make you feel like it. And it plays heck with your self esteem, besides triggering depression and anxiety disorders.
That's because of the HARD exercise you did...
A GREAT stress.anxiety reliever hon if only
we could drag ourselves out to do it more often..
It uses up all of the Adrenaline & Cortisol that
we throw out when our anxiety is so high...
