  thanks for the pat on the back. you know, i am pissed off. so many people have been getting screwed for so long and i just hate seeing what it is doing to them and their families. this is no time for self-doubt. this is time to call a spade a spade and be pro-active. our jobs are to adapt to these changes by taking the highest ground possible. generations before us have done it, and, we can damn well do it too.

  by the way, anxiety is just bottled up energy. actually, although it doesn't feel like it, it is a good thing. it means that you have tons of energy at your disposal to use constructively. go for it. put that energy to good use.

  Thanks for your note. We live in an age of corporate shittiness. May you and everyone you know rise above it, dust yourself off, and find an employer who has good business ethics. These companies that are screwing their workers will get theirs in the end. But, that's their problem. We each have to make our contributions in the smartest most ethical way that we can. This is not for sissies, is it? Take care.

  I take Xanax and have for years now..
  a VERY short half life so may as well take
  an asprin
  I take 3 mgs a day and they just don't work except for about a hour now :(
  I hope your doing better sweetheart
  This present has all my love & friendship in it
