I am so proud of my self ~ Even with all the stressful days I have had I stayed true to my diet. I made sure I planned the night before I left and packed all my goodies for the next day so I would stay on track. My history eating track previously I would have been eating everything in site.
but from the scale being down 4 pounds rewarded me.Yahoo I am so ha
